Create a project for a short time and dissolve it once you're finished, or create long-running projects for ongoing things like maintenance or updates. It's completely up to you.

Helica is about sharing information and working together. We want you to be able to invite every stakeholder to your project, without reservations. Charging for users would be incompatible with that philosophy.
